Rhonda’s passion for yoga shines through in her classes. She is a certified RYT200 Yoga Instructor, with additional certification in Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

In addition to guiding students through the asanas (postures) of traditional Hatha yoga for the physical benefits of building strength, flexibility and balance, Rhonda embodies the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of this ancient practice. All are made to feel welcome and safe, at any level of experience.

Yoga for Mind and Body Healing

Join our community of supportive and like-minded students of all ages and experience levels to find peace amidst the chaos of our daily lives. We practice pranayama (mindful breathing) and postures and flows that align to a specific intention set for each class. We not only work towards physical health, but we acknowledge the spiritual tradition of the yogic path originating in India. We use our practice and time together achieve our birthright of being JOYFUL, PLAYFUL, BLISSFUL AND FEARLESS (Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras).

Strength & Surrender Yoga with Weights

Are you ready to enhance your yoga practice and build strength, balance and core power to help improve and sustain mobility and overall good health? We will balance strengthening of the physical body using light weights, with strengthening of our emotional and mental bodies through pranayama ( conscious breath), Yin style cool down (deep stretch release) and end with Savasana (relaxation).

*NOTE: Please bring your own set (2) of light weights, between 2 - 4 lbs as there are limited weights available at the studio. You can also use filled plastic water bottles !
